Penderie Attire makes no express or implied warranties regarding slight handcrafted texture variations, natural fabric dye nuances, or minor digital monitor color variances inherent to artisanal production.
Limitations of Liability
In no event shall Penderie Attire, its master artisans, or logistics partners be held liable for indirect damages (including lost data, commercial interruption, or transit delays beyond our reasonable control) arising out of the use or inability to access our platform.
